Rani has been in recruitment for fifteen years now. She started as a trainee consultant for an engineering recruitment agency. Here she enjoyed meeting people, and finding and matching the right job to the right person. She worked for two years learning as much as she could within recruitment industry and was very successful in a growing engineering department.
She was then head hunted by another recruitment agency that were keen for her to set up and establish their industrial division. She rose to this challenge, and was very successful attracting and consolidating new business. Following a promotion to the position of senior consultant she trained an increasing staff base within the branch as well as continuing to build up the sector. Following the resounding success of the industrial division, she was asked to develop a commercial division from scratch. This continues to operate successfully today.
She has won numerous awards including Consultant of the Year. She was promoted to the position of Manager and concentrated on building the branch. She built and recruited a new strong team around her, and was in the team that was awarded Branch of the Year.
Rani worked in management for five years before deciding to set up a joint venture with Kavita Jnagal, with whom she has worked with for many years.
They have concentrated on many aspects that other recruitment companies are over looking.
We wanted to develop a more caring agency, reflecting our approach to the task in hand, striving to provide an excellent level of service for our increasing client base.
I think we have managed to do this, and will continue to so in our future ahead.
