Kavita Jnagal has worked in recruitment for 10 years now, specialising in Commercial recruitment, with detailed experience in the warehouse industry.
She started her career in industrial recruitment in 1997, and soon progressed into the sphere of management. Having initially consolidated skills and experience in industrial recruitment, she now specialises in head hunting specialist candidates.

Kavita moved back in to commercial recruitment where she built a solid database of clients who were happy with the personalised and friendly service they received and she has built her reputation in this basis.
Kavita then saw the requirements for office based and call centre staff, and understood that from experience not only do you look after your clients but your candidates also as these are the people who will be working, and it is important that the jobs they expect are right for them.
With this in mind, Kavita has progressed and has excelled in this field, amassing a wealth of experience. She has gone on to form lasting professional relationships with both her candidates and clients.
In September 2007 Simply Recruitment was born. Kavita Jnagal and Rani Uppelle who had previously worked together in this sphere for over five years decided that with their combined experience in the fields of industrial and commercial recruitment, there was an ideal opportunity to offer a more tailor made service to their clients and candidates.
Simply Recruitment opened their offices on the Hagley Road in Birmingham on September 2007 and have gone from strength to strength
